Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. (HRPL). owns & operates McDonald’s restaurants across West and South India. It has a Master Franchisee relationship with McDonald’s Corporation USA and has been the custodian of the brand since its inception in 1996.

HRPL is a direct subsidiary of Westlife Development Limited (WDL), a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE: 505533). It currently operates over 300 McDonald’s restaurants across 42 cities and 11 states in West and South India.

McDelivery

McDelivery was launched in India in 2005 with an aim to enable utmost consumer convenience. Being a step ahead of the consumer trends, we launched the McDelivery Services App (MDS app) in 2014 to provide consumers the option to order their favourite Burgers and Fries at their fingertips. Over the years McDelivery has emerged as one of the key growth drivers for the brand.

Currently available across various platforms such as web ordering, mobile app and call centre, the app enables delivery across 230+ McDonald’s restaurants across West and South India.

McCafé

Launched in 2013, McCafé is McDonald’s in-house coffee chain offering over 45 hot and cold beverages. Besides serving delectable hand-crafted coffee made from 100% Arabica beans, it also offers a range of non-aerated, dairy and fruit based beverages.

With over 200 outlets across West and South India, McCafé enjoys a loyal base of customers who walk into McDonald’s for its coffee and desserts, hence giving customers one more reason to visit our restaurants.
McBreakfast With McBreakfast, McDonald’s introduced the first ever branded breakfast category in India. McBreakfast offers customers a range of wholesome, nutritious and convenient breakfast options that make mornings easy and happy. The menu includes delicious, wholesome and protein rich breakfast options including Veg & Egg Muffins, Dosa Masala Brioche, Scrambled Eggs, Hot Cake and Waffles.

Experience of the Future Restaurants

In 2017, McDonald’s India changed the game for the Quick Service Restaurants by launching the unique, digitally enabled ‘Experience of the Future’ (EOTF) Restaurants. These modern and contemporary looking restaurants take the customer experience many notches higher by offering self-ordering kiosks, digital menu boards, gaming tabs, air chargers and table service.

As of today, we have over 50 EOTF restaurants across more than five cities. Our customers love the new format and we are committed to increasing their footprint across our market.

Technology

We are leveraging technology in a big way to drive customer experience, convenience and business profitability. With our EOTF restaurants, the McDelivery platform and the unique McDonald’s app, we have deployed an omni-channel strategy to give our customers seamless experience across different platforms.

We are also doing technology led innovations and integrations at the back-end to streamline operations and further improve customer experience, while boosting our profitability.
